Pakistan Hotels Developers Seeks Six-Month Extension in Liquidation Period

The Liquidators of Pakistan Hotels Developers Limited (PHDL) have filed an application under Section 372(5) of the Companies Act 2017 in the High Court of Sindh, Karachi, seeking a six-month extension in the company’s liquidation period.

This extension is intended to allow the completion of outstanding matters in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The disclosure has been made in accordance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of PSX Regulations, ensuring that the Pakistan Stock Exchange and TRE certificate holders are informed of material developments in the liquidation proceedings.
