Archroma Pakistan Approves Audited Accounts, Announces 300% Dividend

Shareholders of Archroma Pakistan Limited have approved the company’s audited financial statements for the financial year ended September 30, 2025, along with the Chairman’s Review, Directors’ Report, and Auditors’ Report.

In a meeting held on Tuesday, shareholders also approved a final cash dividend of 100% (Rs10 per share), amounting to Rs346 million, as recommended by the board of directors. This is in addition to the 200% interim cash dividend already announced and paid, bringing the total dividend payout for the year to 300% per share.

The final dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the company’s register of members as of December 16, 2025.

The meeting further approved the appointment of external auditors for the financial year 2026. Based on the recommendation of the Board Audit Committee and the Board of Directors, retiring auditors M/s KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co., Chartered Accountants, were reappointed, with their remuneration to be fixed accordingly.
