The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has announced the latest periodic re-composition of the KSE-30 Index, with four companies set to join the benchmark index while four existing constituents will be removed.
The review was conducted for the period January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, in accordance with the KSE-30 Index methodology published by the exchange.
Under the revised composition, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), Bank Alfalah Limited (BAFL), K-Electric Limited (KEL) and Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited (FATIMA) will be included in the index.
Meanwhile, Air Link Communication Limited (AIRLINK), Ghandhara Automobiles Limited (GAL), Ghandhara Industries Limited (GHNI) and Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) will be excluded from the benchmark.
The changes are scheduled to become effective from Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
The KSE-30 Index is a free-float market capitalization-weighted benchmark that represents the performance of the 30 most liquid and investable companies listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Periodic reviews ensure the index continues to reflect prevailing market conditions, liquidity and investability standards.
