LSE Capital submits IPO application for the PSX listing of LSE SPAC-III to raise Rs500 million.

LSE Capital Limited has submitted an IPO application and draft prospectus to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) for the listing of LSE SPAC-III, following the successful launches of SPAC-I and SPAC-II.

The proposed Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) aims to raise Rs500 million, with Rs400 million to be subscribed by pre-IPO investors, including seed funding from LSE Capital, while Rs100 million will be offered to the general public through the IPO.

According to the material information submitted to the PSX, the proceeds will be used to finance the future acquisition of one or more target companies in accordance with the Public Offering Regulations, 2017.

LSE Capital has requested the Pakistan Stock Exchange to disseminate the information to market participants, marking another step in expanding Pakistan's SPAC ecosystem and providing investors with access to acquisition-focused investment opportunities.
