Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed encouraging post-listing performance from companies that went public during FY2026, with eight of the eleven newly listed companies trading above their respective issue prices as of June 30, 2026, according to data released by the exchange.
LSE SPAC-I Limited (SPAC1) emerged as the best-performing IPO of the fiscal year. Since its listing on May 11, 2026, the stock delivered a return of 73.20%, rising from an issue price of Rs10.00 to Rs17.32.
Service Long March Tyres Limited (SLM) ranked second, generating a 27.22% return after listing on June 15, 2026. Its share price increased from Rs19.95 to Rs25.38 within a few weeks of listing.
Blue-Ex Limited (BLUEX) posted a 25.54% gain since its listing on December 29, 2025. The company also implemented a 10-for-1 stock split in February 2026, while its post-split closing price stood at Rs8.16 as of June 30, 2026.
Pak-Qatar Family Takaful Limited (PAKQATAR) delivered a 19.87% return, with its share price rising from Rs18.02 at listing on December 31, 2025 to Rs21.60.
Among REIT listings, Signature Residency REIT (SRR) advanced 16.14%, with its share price increasing from Rs14.00 to Rs16.26 after listing on January 29, 2026.
Pak Qatar General Takaful Limited (PQGTL) also remained in positive territory, recording a 10.43% return after listing on February 10, 2026, as its share price increased from Rs14.00 to Rs15.46.
Sitara Petroleum Service Limited (SPSL), one of the largest IPOs of the year, posted a 3.49% gain, with its market price rising from Rs18.90 to Rs19.56 following its listing on May 21, 2026.
Wahdat Poultry Farms Limited (WAHDAT) and JS Rental REIT (JSRR) also remained above their offer prices, delivering returns of 3.28% and 1.68%, respectively.
Only two FY2026 IPOs were trading below their issue prices by the end of the fiscal year. Image REIT (IREIT) declined 19.68%, closing at Rs8.04 against an issue price of Rs10.01, while Ghani Dairies Limited (GDL) recorded the weakest performance among the cohort, falling 39.55% from its issue price of Rs33.00 to Rs19.95.
The FY2026 IPO performance highlights generally positive aftermarket sentiment in Pakistan's equity market, with most newly listed companies maintaining gains after listing despite periods of heightened market volatility during the fiscal year.
