Tata Textile Mills announces FY2026 financial results with Rs3.62 billion profit and a 50% final cash dividend.

Tata Textile Mills Limited has announced its financial results for the year ended June 30, 2026, reporting a profit after tax of Rs3.62 billion while declaring a final cash dividend of Rs5.00 per share (50%). The company did not announce any bonus shares, right shares, or any other corporate action.

According to the financial statements, revenue from contracts with customers stood at Rs39.84 billion during FY2026, compared with Rs41.24 billion in the previous year. Gross profit increased to Rs3.72 billion from Rs2.29 billion a year earlier.

The company posted profit before levies and taxation of Rs5.12 billion, while profit before taxation amounted to Rs4.19 billion. After accounting for taxation, profit after tax reached Rs3.62 billion, significantly higher than Rs1.11 billion recorded in FY2025. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) improved to Rs64.63, compared with Rs19.88 in the previous year.

On the balance sheet, total assets stood at Rs55.28 billion as of June 30, 2026, while total equity and reserves increased to Rs27.32 billion, compared with Rs23.69 billion a year earlier, reflecting improved profitability and stronger shareholders' equity.

The company also announced that its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on October 27, 2026, while the share transfer books will remain closed from October 20, 2026, to October 27, 2026 (both days inclusive). Share transfers received by the close of business on October 19, 2026 will be considered for entitlement to the final cash dividend and AGM participation.
