Pakistani companies sign investment agreements with Al Raee Group to expand operations in Saudi Arabia.

Twelve leading Pakistani companies have signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Al Raee Group to establish operations and undertake large-scale investments in Saudi Arabia, marking a significant step in strengthening bilateral economic cooperation.

The agreements were signed during the Saudi Company Formation and Business Expansion Summit 2026 held in Islamabad. The event brought together government officials, business leaders, foreign diplomats and investors to promote cross-border investment opportunities under Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

Addressing the summit, Deputy Chairman Senate Syedaal Khan Nasir said Pakistan and Saudi Arabia share longstanding ties based on mutual trust and cooperation. He noted that Saudi Vision 2030 has created new opportunities for foreign investment and private sector growth, encouraging greater participation from Pakistani businesses.

Chairman of Al Raee Group Bilal M. Zubair highlighted Saudi Arabia's investor-friendly policies, including 100% foreign ownership, simplified banking procedures and the removal of minimum capital requirements for several business sectors. He said eligible Pakistani companies can establish operations in the Kingdom through a streamlined registration process.

FPCCI President Atif Ikram Sheikh emphasized the importance of strengthening private-sector partnerships and described the initiative as a major boost for Pakistan-Saudi trade and investment relations. Organizers said the agreements lay the foundation for long-term business collaboration and expanded economic engagement between the two countries.
