J.K. Spinning Mills Limited has announced the addition of 8.0 megawatts (MW) of solar power generation capacity as part of its strategy to expand the use of clean and renewable energy across its operations. The company disclosed the development to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) through a material information notice dated August 4, 2026.

According to the company, the new solar power capacity is expected to meet a significant portion of its energy requirements while reducing reliance on conventional power sources.
