SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited is set to become Pakistan's first listed fresh fruit and vegetable exporter, marking a significant milestone for both the country's agricultural sector and capital markets.
Headquartered in Sargodha, Pakistan's leading citrus-producing region, the company exports premium Kinnow, mangoes, and potatoes to markets across the Middle East, Central Asia, the Far East, Europe, and Australia.
The company plans to raise between Rs1.2 billion and Rs1.9 billion through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) by offering 30 million ordinary shares, with a floor price of Rs40 and a ceiling price of Rs64 per share.
The proceeds from the IPO will be used to strengthen working capital, enabling the company to procure larger crop volumes, expand processing capacity, enhance cold-chain infrastructure, and meet growing international demand for Pakistani fresh produce.
According to the company, the listing will provide investors with an opportunity to participate in Pakistan's expanding agricultural export sector while supporting value addition, export growth, and long-term economic development.
